1Plan

“1 unit” = 1 conversation — from the first message until 30 minutes without a response, or up to 20 exchanges (1,000 characters per message). Closing the tab, a 30-minute pause, or exceeding 20 exchanges starts a new conversation (failed responses do not count as exchanges; switching networks does not interrupt the conversation). Failed turns are not billed.

2Setup

3Preferential terms and waivers

• Pilot offer for the first 3 clients — 3 months of base operating fees waived (same as §3 of the pilot proposal). Applicable: 【Yes / No】
• Start of the waiver period — 3 months from D1 (pilot start date). The 30-day pilot is included in this period. Early conversion on D14 does not change the waiver end date (e.g., if D1 is November 3, the waiver runs through February 2 of the following year; monthly base operating fees apply from the next day). Waiver end date: 【YYYY-MM-DD】
• Pilot acceptance and termination criteria follow the separate agreement (D-4).

4Payment

• Prepaid top-ups — in increments of KRW 100,000. Only usage exceeding the monthly allowance is deducted from the prepaid balance. If the monthly allowance is exhausted and the prepaid balance is insufficient to start a new conversation, an inquiry for a person is accepted instead of starting a new AI conversation.
• Payment method — currently, only bank transfers are accepted (we add credit after confirming receipt). Card payments and automatic top-ups are being prepared.
• Tax invoices — we issue these manually for each bank transfer. (Once card payments launch, card transactions will use card sales receipts instead, and tax invoices will not be issued in duplicate.)

5Cancellation

• The service is month-to-month with no fixed-term commitment. A cancellation requested on the management page takes effect at the end of that month, and billing stops from the following month.
• Unused prepaid credit is refunded in full within 10 business days of the cancellation effective date. The previous month's base fee and usage already consumed are not refunded.
• Separately quoted setup work is non-refundable after work begins. Cancellation before work begins receives a full refund.
• Data return and deletion after cancellation follow Article 12 of the Data Processing Agreement (D-1).

6Limitation of liability 【Legal review】

Our liability cap for damages: 【Choose: fees paid by the client in the month of the damage / fees for the preceding 12 months / a fixed amount】. Intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and liability that cannot legally be limited are excluded from the cap. Compensation relating to personal data follows Article 14 of the Data Processing Agreement.

7Order of precedence

1. For personal data processing, the Data Processing Agreement (D-1) takes highest precedence.
2. For other matters, this order form takes precedence over the Terms of Service (the terms' preamble states that the agreement prevails in the event of a conflict).
3. Pilot assessment follows the agreement (D-4); operating levels follow the operations document (D-5).
